Hotel Monna Lisa

Perfect place to live in the history Liked · The classic style gave us a feeling of living in the history which we loved it. The atmosphere, location, breakfast and staff were perfect. Disliked · Although the hotel were perfect but we prefer to have more light in the room (brighter room). And since it was a old & historic place room were not fully noise proof.

We had an incredible stay at the wonderful Monna Lisa. The gardens are beautiful and the whole place has a very comfortable and relaxing feel to it. I recommend the breakfast which is made extra special by the wonderful Ramith, who took such great care of us. Aperitifs are the bar are a must, as they are served in the gardens by a brilliantly funny and attentive bar man; the perfect rest-bite after long days walking in Florence. The lovely Roberto also made our stay extra special. Thank you Monna Lisa!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌈

Hotel Mona Lisa offers nice rooms (albeit small by US Standards) in a peaceful charming setting , with comfortable beds and great working showers. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the Duomo, Accademia and many fine restaurants. The hotel consists of 3 buildings situated around a garden. When you enter the Mona Lisa, you leave all the noise of the city behind as you enter a peaceful garden setting. The hotel's public areas are adorned with art. One evening they had a harpist play - she provided a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and will do whatever they can to be helpful. They have a nice breakfast with a variety of breads, pastries, fish, cheese, Italian meats, fresh fruits and cakes. Ramish took great care of us at breakfast over the four mornings we were there. Next time we make it back to Florence, we will return to the Hotel Mona Lisa. My only suggestion is to get a room with a terrace overlooking the garden.

What a gem! The hotel is in a busy area but when you enter you are in a quiet, tranquil, beautiful space with gardens and sitting areas nestled all over. It's such a wonderful space, I didn't want to leave! The staff are all incredibly helpful and kind and the location is less than a 10 minute walk from pretty much anywhere you're going. Also, the breakfast spread has literally everything. Yogurts, coffees, meats, eggs, breads, cakes, and so on. The whole stay was perfect.
